In California, the election results are the worst possible news for taxpayers

Last night's election results are the nightmare scenario for California taxpayers.

The state has a Democrat governor, a Democrat state senate, and a Democrat assembly.  Almost without exception the Dem politicians were propelled to victory by public employee unions.  Compounding the scenario is Prop 25 passed, so the Dems only need a simple majority to pass the budget.

It looks bleak for the ever-dwindling number of Californians who pay taxes to support the bloated system controlled by the Democrats.

Just a quick grammar note:

The adjective form of the noun "Democrat" is "Democratic."

You're welcome!

I know some Democrats go mental when somebody uses "Democrat" as an adjective. My suggestion: get used to it.
