Update #2: Meg Whitman told reporters in Sacramento "our internal polls look great." Believe me, the Jerry Brown campaign is sweating bullets today. The surge of volunteers at the Whitman rallies Saturday, the number of people walking precincts, the volume of people phone banking tells me something amazing is about to happen.

Something is happening out there. Rasmussen now has the race within the margin of error, and I'm hearing the volunteer centers for Whitman are packed.
