New poll has Whitman ahead of Brown, 47% to 40%

A SurveyUSA poll released Thursday shows Whitman with a 7 point lead over Jerry Brown.

These results are virtually identical to a Rasmussen poll from August 26th, which found Whitman ahead of Moonbeam 48% to 40% among likely voters. 

Two polls in a row showing Whitman with a 7 or 8 point lead among likely voters... I'm about to call it a trend.
