CNN and Bill Clinton set the record straight on Jerry Brown's record

According to this clip of Bill Clinton in 1992, CNN reported Brown's assertions about his tax record as governor were just plain wrong. 

"... He raised taxes as governor of California, he had a surplus when he took office, and a deficit when he left.  He doesn't tell the people the truth." 

This may be the most devastating commercial of the California governor's race.
